Expanding Beyond Platform Adoption Toward a New Industrial Training Model<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meshlink, an XR (Extended Reality)-based semiconductor education platform company, is accelerating its expansion into Southeast Asia by achieving significant results in the Thai industrial education market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meshlink announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with KUMWELL, an industrial company in Thailand, and will proceed with building a semiconductor education infrastructure based on its XR platform, ‘Faraday XR’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KUMWELL holds a strong position in the power and industrial equipment sectors in Thailand and plays a significant role in the local market by carrying out various industrial infrastructure projects. In particular, as the company actively invests in training industrial personnel by operating its own training center, this collaboration is considered a case that goes beyond the simple introduction of technology and has the potential to impact the entire Thai industrial ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This agreement is differentiated from previous cases in that it goes beyond the simple introduction of products and directly establishes an XR-based semiconductor education environment within the company. KUMWELL plans to create a separate ‘Faraday XR Experience Center’ within the company and operate semiconductor-related education and XR practical training in conjunction with its own training center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, for this project, MeshLink conducted on-site training on Faraday XR S1 setup and operation for a total of three days from April 7 to 9. Through this, KUMWELL was able to establish an environment capable of immediate training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KUMWELL has currently adopted ‘Faraday XR S1,’ a semiconductor front-end training platform, and is reported to have expressed its intention to adopt the upcoming ‘Faraday XR S2 (back-end process)’ and ‘Faraday XR M (equipment maintenance).’ Accordingly, the establishment of an XR training system covering the entire semiconductor manufacturing process is also anticipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CEO of KUMWELL personally attended the MOU signing ceremony to sign the agreement, demonstrating his strong interest and commitment to this collaboration. The industry evaluates this case as highly significant, noting that it goes beyond the simple adoption of technology and represents a corporate-led investment in educational infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A MeshLink official stated, \u201cThis collaboration is not merely about supplying products, but about establishing a new form of industrial education model that combines an education center with an XR platform,\u201d adding, \u201cStarting with Thailand, this will serve as a catalyst for the expansion of XR-based semiconductor education throughout Southeast Asia.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This KUMWELL case demonstrates that XR-based semiconductor education is being applied in actual industrial settings in Thailand, following Vietnam, and is expected to strengthen Meshlink’s global market expansion strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
