The occasion was made especially meaningful by the participation of the World Vocational Competency Exchange Association (WVCEA), an international exchange organization affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, which directly presented the certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"567\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/meshlink.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image02.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1092\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.6775461143728907;width:756px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/meshlink.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image02.png 567w, https:\/\/meshlink.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image02-300x179.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WVCEA Chairman Seo Young-don attended the ceremony and personally presented certificates to the outstanding students. Ha Jin-soo, Director of the association\u2019s IT Business Division, also attended the event to congratulate the students and participate in the certificate presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With both the association\u2019s chairman and IT Business Division director in attendance, the ceremony served as a symbolic occasion formally recognizing the achievements of XR-based vocational education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training program was conducted using Faraday XR, a semiconductor manufacturing process training platform independently developed by MeshLink Co., Ltd., a company specializing in XR education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within a virtual environment that realistically replicates a semiconductor manufacturing facility, students received practical training in major processes, including wafer fabrication, oxidation, deposition, etching, and lithography. Through this hands-on experience, they strengthened their overall understanding of semiconductor production and developed practical industry-relevant skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"567\" height=\"361\" src=\"https:\/\/meshlink.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image03.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1093\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5706618188114099;width:743px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/meshlink.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image03.png 567w, https:\/\/meshlink.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image03-300x191.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faraday XR is designed as a comprehensive education platform rather than simple experience-based content. It systematically manages each learner\u2019s training activities, performance results, and assessment scores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These capabilities enable objective evaluation of student achievement. For this event, outstanding students were selected based on their assessment results and presented with certificates in recognition of their accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to event officials, this is believed to be the first case in Korea where an XR platform was used to deliver training, assess learning outcomes, and present official certificates based on the evaluation results. The initiative has received considerable recognition as a new model of vocational education that integrates digital learning content with a formal certification system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhile many conventional XR training programs remain focused primarily on short-term experiences, Faraday XR provides an integrated platform connecting education, assessment, and achievement certification,\u201d a MeshLink representative said. \u201cThis event represents an important example of how XR technology can establish a new standard for vocational education.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative is attracting significant interest from educational institutions and industry organizations both in Korea and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institutions currently conducting training with Faraday XR or considering its adoption include the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and the University of Danang (UD) in Vietnam; King Mongkut\u2019s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) and Kumwell Corporation in Thailand; and Kyrgyz National University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A certificate presentation ceremony was held at Korea Polytechnics Busan Campus to recognize students who successfully completed an XR-based semiconductor manufacturing process training program with outstanding performance.
